Thank you. I cajoled a friend who does some leatherwork into making the accessories and she wet-molded the holster to my blaster. Now to wait impatiently, with nose pressed against my front window, for my Ultrasaber to arrive.

Got it with a purple blade and soundboard, but opted out of ordering the dueling blade. Wasn't really planning on sword-fighting anyone. Plus, it dulls the color. >.>

Dueling is the best part
I took a 90 minute workshop at ECCC for saber choreography, it was so much fun. Less fun getting a workout in a wig and compression bodysuit though, but totally worth it

It’s definitely worth going to, especially now that it’s at the new place. They also extended it to use the old center as well so it’s a behemoth of a con. Soooo many things to do now

Yay! I plan on being there again, with my new Ultrasaber. Though by Day 2 I might give up and take the blade out to just clip it to my belt. This thing weighs a ton and is longer than my forearm.

Which… okay isn’t saying much. But still!
