I'm ready to move to the briefing whenever. In the inerests of realisim I figured it would be kinda stupid to have Alek's first time flying the B Wing be on the very first mission so want him to test it out first. It can be off camera so to speak.

I think i'm finally getting more of a handle on who he is. He's fairly laid back about everything apart from his flying. Coming from a planet known for the skill of it's pilots and having a Father who flew for the Rebellion he has something of an ego there. While perahps not the best combat pilot on the squadron I'm playing him as possibly the most naturally talented when it comes to his ability to fly multiple types of ships. Or at least he thinks he is anyway.

I'm okay with that as well, but am also struggling with what should be posted next. I mostly haven't posted because I thought we were going to lead into the scavenger dogfight fairly soon.

What is the next focus? Because if there is none, I don't mind throwing out a random post or two to increase character development and crew communication. But I don't want to slow things down when that is not needed.

We will have the Op Meeting on the Dagger, and then the squad will be dismissed to their fighters under the general thought that they are taking them over to their permanent home on the Quasar...when the Scavengers will arrive and everyone can have some fun.

I am currently reading the last page and thinking of joining in somehow. At the moment, I don't see my OC being a member of a squadron, as he is more of a galaxy-explorer/jack of all trades kind of guy. Any way to integrate him?

My character in my Alone In The Universe thread will be leaving the planet he's on shortly. I'm going with a kinda 'western' adventure theme with him. Once he is off planet we could have them meet up if you wish

Jakob has his family T-65 that's been modified over the years, so the T-85's will prob go to the NPCs if you're correct in what Mae and Tykol have selected

You know, I realized that we haven't mentioned it in the post. We were leaning toward the older ships, but since no one else wanted the T-85s, I think that might work for the Twins. I haven't discussed this with Star yet, but I will leave the final decision up to her. Whatever she decides, I'm gonna go with

For my part, that was apparently me not paying attention. Incidentally, if no one objects, I am going to fill out the rest of the roster with tertiary characters.

Green 11 will be Tak Sevell, a young male human with a prosthetic right leg who tends more towards the immature but talented side, and Green 12 is Iresshendae ”Iris” Ulton, a female Bothan who may or may not have employed hook and/or crook to secure herself a spot on the Squadron and is zealous to prove her worth despite her scores trailing most of her peers'. These characters are red shirts, perfectly happy to lay down their lives or be suspended for terrible misdeeds should someone else want a spot on the squadron, but I will flesh them out a bit if no one replaces them.

I think Phantomfury wants a spot so one of those two probably isn't going to make it past the scavengers... Well, unless we decide to have a Green 13. Not completely unheard of, Wraith had 13 members once.

I thought PhantomFury was moving on to a different thread, but as I said, the two are expendable as needed, so one of them can be expended once he is ready to join.
